This years competition is set for March 15-17 2019 in the city of Pomona California. This years events are Design, Men and Woman Speed Event, and lastly Endurance Event.

Design Event
This event has the design team present their vehicle and detail the process of design, manufacture and testing. This event is how the team can show the vehicle's key features.
ASME HPV Competition: About My Project
Speed Event
The speed event of the competition features both female and male riders to display the vehicle's top speed. In this event the design's efficiency to utilize the operators power input will be tested.

Endurance Event
The endurance event has both male and female riders travel as far as they can in with a time limit of 2.5 hours. This event tests the vehicle's durability and reliability.
